Junior Photography Fair

On Monday, May 8, 2017, 11th grade students will be attending a Photography Fair with their US History classes in the MPR. The fair is a great opportunity for students to compare services and picture packages and to ask questions of the AGHS-approved photographers for senior portraits. Students will be bringing home information for parents about senior portraits and learn how photos need to be formatted for the Yearbook. Click the link for more info.

A Night In Vegas - Junior/Senior Prom Online Activity Contract

Juniors & Seniors - Please login to your school Google account and complete the online activity contract with your Parent/Guardian prior to picking up your prom ticket in the Student Business Office.

Prom Tickets are on sale with the following pricing options:
April 25th - May 1st: $45 per person
May 2nd - May 7th: $50 per person
May 8th - May 11th: $60 per person

NO TICKET SALES ON FRIDAY, MAY 12TH OR AT THE DOOR

If you are unable to purchase your ticket online, you may not qualify due to debts or grades. The new grading cycle will be updated after 4th quarter progress grades are due on May 2nd.

Guest Pass for Prom

AGHS is accepting paper contracts for Guest Passes only. Guest Passes are for all guests not enrolled at AGHS as a junior or senior.

Juniors and Seniors can take guests that are enrolled in the 10th grade through the age of 20. Guests over 21 are not allowed. Juniors and Seniors are not allowed to purchase prom tickets for guests that are not their date.

Passes can by printed by clicking on the link or obtained in the main at the office front desk.

Guest Passes are due to your Administrator on or before Tuesday, May 9th in order to process the request.

Student brightByte Survey

**Seniors will be completing the survey during their English classes by April 28th.
**Freshman will be completing their survey during their PE class during the first week of May.
**Sophomores and Juniors will be completing their survey during the block testing schedule for CAASPP - May 16th or May 17th.

Online Grad Night Ticket Sales Opened at 4PM on 4/13/17

The AGHS Webstore is open for Grad Night Tickets starting at 4:00PM today. If you own a Mac Computer, the AGHS Webstore is not compatible. If you are on an Activity Ban for Third Quarter Grades or have an outstanding debt, the system will not allow you to purchase the ticket. See the Student Business Office or Mrs. Lee if you have questions.

Call for Community Input: LCAP Stakeholder Meeting
 
Please join us at one of our annual Local Control Accountability Plan Stakeholder Meetings at a school near you!
 
WHAT: The LCAP is a portion of our district’s budget where you are asked to contribute ideas and suggestions that better support student learning.

HOW: Come to a meeting to hear what we are doing and to offer your suggestions to improve out programs using LCAP funding.

WHEN: Parents are welcome to come to either one of the dates/locations listed below:
>April 13 - LCAP Stakeholder Meeting @6PM : At Arroyo Grande High School (main office Conference Room) - includes Judkins, Paulding

>May 3 - LCAP Stakeholder Meeting @6PM : At Nipomo High School (Olympic Hall) includes CCNTH, Mesa. Questions?
