If you signed up to volunteer or work at the polls during the November 5 general election, you must have your parent or guardian "sign" the Google Form for Election Day Student Poll worker Excused Absence
If you are using the poll working for community service, you must bring a copy of the Community Service Form to be signed. Upload the final form to submit your hours for credit!
