hello parents my name is Brad lodgement and I am doing this video about my PE course to classes PE course to his pretty simple of the kids just need to show up make sure there. best in the yellow shirt either one we sell or when they can get in any store and blue shorts or any color leggings or sweats also they need to have that but we basically have a 5-day rotation of our activities on Monday we do a romwod which has a range of motion motion activity we do stretching and it's pretty simple cuz it's only 30 minutes Tuesday we do crossfit workout Wednesday and Friday we do a sport currently its Ultimate Frisbee but we'll go through tennis pickleball and other different kinds of things badminton and then on Thursday we do do a cardiovascular workout day again all you have to do is have your student make sure they show up every day and do the best they can and they'll easily get a good grade in class if you have any questions about anything please don't hesitate to email me it's Brad.
