AP Art History

AP Art History is an Advanced Placement Art History course that focuses on the history, style, and cultural characteristics of art from Prehistoric times to the present.  Students will observe, analyze and write about art, while they learn the meaning and methods behind its making.  They will also participate in hands on art projects.  Students will develop an understanding of cultures from around the world and throughout time, as well as enhancing their understanding and appreciation of their own culture.
