Hi Staff and Volunteers!
Thank you so much for your interest in helping at our Santa Maria Senior Fiesta! Please arrive at the Elwin Mussell Senior Center (510 E. Park Ave., Santa Maria) at 3:00p.m. The event will run from 4-6, and cleanup should conclude by 6:30/7p.m.
Please confirm if you are still able to attend on Wednesday. Once you confirm, I will assign your task for the event.
Below is the program itinerary (subject to change).
Also, please share the attached flyers with your networks! We still have a good amount of capacity for RSVPs.
Program Itinerary
Emcee/Guest of Honor: Tony Gonzales
3pm-3:45pm- Set-up & guide "vendors" to their tables
3:45pm- Open doors
3:45pm Sound on Sound- Barbara Wilson plays music
4:15 tamales served
4:45pm- Welcome/presentation of common programs and questions/”vendors” give 30 second commercials at the podium
5:15pm-5:45- folklorico & marimba band
5:50pm-6pm- Closing remarks
