Arroyo Grande High School Transcript Request

 

Current Student:

 If you are a current student, please go into the Records Office and fill out the yellow Student Transcript Request form.  Please allow for 24 hours for processing. You may pick up your transcripts during regular business hours. Transcripts will not be mailed home to current students.

 

Previous Student:

If you no longer attend AGHS, please email your request and include the information below. Please allow for 24 hours for processing during normal business hours.  This time does not account for requests made during school breaks, holidays and summer vacation.

Request Must Include: 

  •      Full Name
  •      Date of Birth
  •      Phone Number
  •      Dates Attended AGHS
  •      Graduation Year
  •      Name and Mailing Address where you would like the transcript mailed.
  •      Total Number of Copies Needed
  •      Determine if you need an Official (signed and sealed) or Unofficial Copy
