AGHS Local Scholarship Application - Due 3/25/26
* NOTE: * You must use your LMUSD.ORG school email address to apply! This is a general scholarship application used to award scholarships for a variety of different interests and education goals. Amounts range from $100-$10,000. Sponsors include: AG Lions Club, Denise K. ELKS Teen of the Month - Due Monthly Through February 13, 2026
Arroyo Grande High School counseling team selects an AGHS Senior male and female each month based on achievements, character, leadership, service, citizenship, and scholastics. The Teenagers of the Month will be recognized with a certificate at the Elk's dinner, and will then be eligible for selection for a "Teenager of the Year" Scholarship valued at $2000. The Elks members will select the Teenager of the Year finalists in April. Submit applications BY to Mrs. Oksner in the Career Center!

Arroyo Grande Woman's Club Scholarship - Due 2/20/26
The Arroyo Grande Woman's Club is offering scholarship assistance (amount TBD) to graduating seniors who are attending 4 year university after graduation.

California Retired Teachers Association - Due 2/27/26
3.5 GPA through the first semester of the student’s senior year with intention to enroll in a recognized university, college or community college by the Fall quarter or semester immediately following high school graduation. American Legion Scholarship - Due 2/28/26
$500 scholarship offered by the American Legion and Amercian Legion Auxiliary, Post 136 for the children and grandchildren of US Veterans, current active duty, or those honorably discharged. Open to US Citizens with a 2.5 GPA or above.

AAUW Five Cities Pismo Beach Scholarship - 03/02/26
Five Cities-Pismo Beach AAUW is granting scholarships of a minimum of $1000 each to high school senior women in all fields of study. All senior women with a minimum 3.0 grade point average applying to accredited 4-year university or trade school, technical institute, community college or vocational program on a pathway to a 4-year degree are eligible. This scholarship is designed to support students intending to achieve a four-year degree.

A longtime Oceano Elks Club member, the late Tony Ulibarri often expressed the importance of taking “personal responsibility,” encouraging people to be accountable for their actions. 2026 CTE Scholarship Application for Seniors - Due 3/13/26
To apply you must be a CTE completer (check with CTE Teacher if unsure) and be in good standing in your CTE pathway. Application deadline is Friday, March 13th by 4:30 PM. Applications past the deadline will not be accepted. Your application will be screened by the CTE scholarship committee.

Dominic Lencioni Memorial WRESTLING Scholarship - Due 3/25/26
Dominic (Dom) was a four- year wrestler at AGHS and the recipient of the coaches' Golden Eagle Award his senior year, 2023. Dom was 19 years old and in his second year at Chico State when he was involved in a tragic jet ski accident. This scholarship was created by his friends and family to recognize an AGHS wrestler. Scholarship amount is $1000.

Ralph & Marguerita Johnson Charitable Trust - Due 3/31/26
Scholarship amount is $1,000. Criteria incudes: Must have a GPA of 2.5 or better, be a graduating senior, be a citizen of the United States of America, live in the south county of San Luis Obispo [Shell Beach to Nipomo], attach a transcript, and complete the application along with a one page essay about yourself and how receiving this scholarship will help you reach your goals in your future.

CSEA Lucia Mar Chapter 275 Scholarship - Due 3/31/26
For graduating high school seniors who are dependents of CSEA Chapter 275 Classified Members. Scholarships of up to $2,000, collectively. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic achievement, leadership potential, and promise of achievement. Academic achievement is evaluated from school records. Leadership potential and promise of achievement comes from the student application.

Arroyo Grande Valley Kiwanis George L. Temple Scholarship - Due 4/11/26
Criteria: A graduating FEMALE senior of Arroyo Grande High School for the current year. The recipient shall be pursuing a degree in the field of the Arts, Music, Drama, or Dance. Minimum grade point average of 2.5. The application includes an essay.

Frosty Memorial Scholarship - Due 4/10/26
There is no application for this scholarship. The requirement is for students to submit an essay, along with a brief description of their grade, future plans and any other information they would like the evaluation committee to know. The essay and accompanying information must be mailed or dropped off to the lodge office by the stated deadline.

Central Coast Athletics Foundation Scholarship Program 2026 - Due 4/27/26
The Central Coast Athletics Foundation (CCAF) Scholarship recognizes student-athletes who have demonstrated commitment, resilience, and leadership in youth athletics while making a positive impact on their community. Be a high school senior attending Arroyo Grande or Nipomo High School. Competed in Cross Country, Track and Field at AGHS or NHS. Volunteered at multiple CCAF events over the years & in the future. Academically in good standing, planning to enroll in a community college, trade school, accredited college or university.
