New Enrollment:
The Records Office handles all incoming student registrations. Students New to AGHS can start the registration process online at Aeries Online Enrollment
To register your student follow the link above for the online enrolment. To complete the enrollment process, please provide the following documents:
- Birth Certificate (or if you don't have one, please bring one of the following)
- (1) Statement by the local registrar or county recorder certifying birth
- (2) Baptism certification duly attested
- (3) Passport, or, when none of the foregoing is obtainable
- (4) Affidavit of the parent, guardian or custodian of the minor.
- Immunization record (required)
- Proof of residence - at least 2 items from 2 separate categories below are needed
- (1) Property tax payment receipts.
- (2) Rental property contract, lease, or payment receipts.
- (3) Utility service contract, statement, or payment receipts.
- (4) Pay stubs.
- (5) Voter registration.
- (6) Correspondence from a government agency.
- (7) Declaration of residency executed by the parent or legal guardian of a pupil.
- Court documents pertaining to custody, residence, or restraining orders (if applicable)
- Custody court papers must be presented to the school office immediately. Without the proper paperwork, the state of California is an automatic 50/50 custody state.
- Copy of transcript
- Special Education documents (if applicable)
Once all supporting documents have been received and immunizations are verified as current by the School’s Nurse, an intake meeting will be scheduled for Student & Parent/Guardian with the student’s prospective Counselor. Students may not start the class schedule process until the intake procedure is complete.

Transcript Requests

Education Verifications
To request education verifications, please fax your request along with a signed authorization to (805) 473-5516. All requests will be processed within 48 hours. -
Diplomas
Arroyo Grande High School does not keep copies of diplomas. If you have lost your diploma and need a replacement, please contact jostens.com (A fee applies, and processing takes 4–8 weeks.)
