College Presentations
We have colleges visiting AGHS during Recruitment Season, through November. Students in grades 9-12 are welcome to attend; they must sign up in advance to receive a pass to be excused from class. Click here to see the schools that will be presenting, and to sign up for a spot!

PIQ Application Workshop
Seniors: applying for a UC campus? Check out this overview of what UC Admissions is looking for when crafting your Personal Insight Questions (PIQ) for the application. Sign up in advance for ONE of the three periods: Weds. Oct. 1 during periods 1, 4, OR 5.

Time to get all your questions answered regarding the college application process! Come to the MPR starting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8th and our counselors will go over how to fill out all your college applications.

Seniors! Apply for the Elks Teen of the Month scholarship and be eligible for a certificate and the chance for a $2,000 scholarship! Promise Day Thursday, Oct. 23

Promise Day at Cuesta College

Seniors! Headed to Cuesta for a career certificate, transfer to a 4-year university, or to have a Plan B for after graduation? Sign up to join the field trip for Cuesta Promise Day 2025, happening Thursday, Oct. 23 on the Cuesta campus. Pick up permission slips from Mrs. O in Room 208 (Career Center), Mrs. Ramos in the Counseling Office, or in the Counseling Center (Room 514). Permission Slips due back to Mrs. O by Friday, October 10!
