Clubs should know in order to advertise for your club's special events, please turn your announcement into room #205 for posting. Going forward, flyers will be hung in Eagle Hall, on the tri marquee and blue board in the quad, on the Softball Shed wall, outside room #912, and in the admin building window. All other posters will be removed.

Scheduling Complete with our 9th, 10th and 11th grade students! Counselors have met with all 9th, 10th, and 11th graders for next year’s scheduling. All academic plans are complete and viewable by students and parents. We encourage you to look at the academic plan to see what classes are scheduled for next year. Please let your counselor know if you have any questions!
8th Grade Transition coming soon! Now that we are done with the students on our campus, we will move our focus to our incoming 9th graders. AGHD counselors will be at our local middle schools meeting with and registering students throughout the month of February. Our annual Welcome to the Nest event is Monday, March 16th from 6-7:30PM.
Want or need to see your counselor? Remember that we are here to help support our students in the areas of academic achievement, college and career awareness, and social emotional health. Please make an appointment with your counselor if you need any help in these areas. Also, please come see your counselor in our Counseling Center in room 515 at break or lunch. One counselor is in the Counseling Center each day at break and lunch. This is a great opportunity to check in and get questions answered without having to wait for an appointment!

Make Sure to Clear your Absences |
Clear Absences by 4pm Tuesday, 02/24/26. Please make sure that the Attendance Office is informed of the reason for any still unverified absences for 01/26/26 - 02/20/26. After that date, we will not be able to make any changes. |

College & Military Visits |
Seniors and Juniors planning a college/military visit should stop by the Attendance Office to pick up an Excused Absence Request form ahead of their visit. If approved, up to two days may be excused. Visits that will last longer than two days would require a Short Term Independent Study Contract to excuse the absence. |
